1 個洋蔥onion
25 g 牛油 butter
1 tbsp 橄欖油olive oil
1.2L 雞湯/菜湯 chicken or vegetable stock
400ml 全脂奶whole milk
鹽, 即磨黑胡椒 and freshly ground black pepper
Croutons and crispy bacon
麵包煙肉脆脆
2 tbs橄欖油 olive oil
2 片隔夜方包 切成細正方形2 slices day-old country–style bread, about 50g, cut
into cubes
3片煙肉切細段 3 slices of bacons
